Shiraz Trail
The 8km walking and cycling track from McLaren Vale to Willunga has incredible vineyard views and cellar doors and was constructed along a disused rail corridor. You can hire e-bikes with BikeAbout.

Encounter Bikeway
30km coastal path from Victor Harbour to Goolwa. The terrain is mostly flat with a few short but steep hills. You can always catch the Cockle Train back if you get tired, and of course a stop or two to sightsee or grab a bite at a nearby café is essential.

in total, it's 1200km of hiking from the southern most tip of SA, all the way up north, to the Flinders Ranges. Lucky, you are able to concur small section in the region if you feel energetic.
